Opened Savaya Bali in the middle of a pandemic — the venue went on to be ranked #1 in Asia and #5 in the world by DJ Mag Top 100. Simultaneously disengaged from a shared services partner, built the back-office infrastructure from scratch, and managed multiple additional venue openings from mid-construction to launch. Navigated pre-pandemic AR challenges without losing the operational trajectory needed to scale. Kirk joined as Head of Operations — responsible for the full operational build as operator, not as founder or investor.
